On September 16th, a TikTok was posted with the hashtag, "#deviouslick". The video depicted a hand opening up a black backpack, then taking out a soap dispenser. The 'challenge' spread so much, with so many users and TikToks being uploaded.
What is a Devious lick? It's a 'challenge', where someone, mostly the account owner films them stealing from school and bragging about it. The users doing it have made it a competition. But this blasphemy doesn't just stay in school. Some users have stolen outside of school.
