When collaboration and leadership intersect. It is the unique occurrence when someone choses to work with individuals or a team, in an environment or organization, that is not a normal or natural pairing.
Coca-cola beverages initiates a partnership with PepsiCo, focusing on humanitarian efforts. In this case, Coke is demonstrating collaborship.

In a corporate environment, collaborship may be seen when departments who don't normally interact choose to work together to solve a common problem. An example of this could be a finance department proactively contacting sales to implement new financial programs to facilitate new growth.
