Stoned, very stoned. Derivative from the "Cheech and Chong" movie series. I didnt understand these movies, i was too young and had never smoked pot. Then when i did smoke it i forgot to got one of their movies out to see if it was funny when you were chonged.

The police now have new equipment so they can tell if you are chonged.

Being in the wrong lane then deciding to turn right/left at the last moment and cuts everyone off.

A volcano-shaped stack of quarters, nickles, dimes, etc. left on the table at a restaurant as a tip. Usually done by d-bags that are too lazy to carry jangling change in their pockets.

Evan: The waitress with the soft features sure left you a bunch of coinage when she broke your twenty...
