A "Caje" stems from the word "Weeaboo." Caje is often a 32 year old male who lives in their parent's basement. You can find them either watching hentai or rooting through your trash cans in the middle of the night. Often speaks in the language of Legend Of Zelda. Such phrases include "Hue!" And other illiterate anime scum phrases.
