An annoying person whom your parents love and cherish all the time, completely forgetting about you.

They usually get whatever they want, especially if they are younger than you are.

If they are older they get all the attention because they act out.

Every once in a while they can be somewhat sweet, but that's only every once in awhile.

They can throw tantrums, and your parents will finally cave in.

my mom doesn't really force us to do things. all my sister has to do is give her the silent treatment, and she gets it, Wala!

I'll tell my sister that I'm going to do something before her, and then she just goes and does it just to prove that she can get away with it.
