DOIR, standing for Disney On Ice Reaction. Used in internet conversations when a certain situation causes immediate and intense (and often over exaggerated, although this often does not apply) excitement, as demonstrated by Peter Griffin in the 'Movin' Out (Brian's Song)' episode of Family Guy.
It generally involves loss of words, uncontrollable shuddering, a gaping mouth and wide eyes, all shown in a humorous manner.

This can also be used sarcasticly as a reference to someone who is not doing well, as long as u refer to mishap in the same sentence. eg. You do well for fat birds.
