the restart elite is an elite that exists only in halo: reach. it is an elite that does not wear any armor and is armed with only a combat knife, is invincible and can kill you in one stab and makes you restart the entire campaign(hence the name restart elite) you can usually tell that he is making an attack by the disturbed song indestructable before he enters the game. his appearances are extremely rare. also, he deranks you to recruit and takes away your armor and credits.

the restart elite will kill everything you love, give you HIV, tell your grandmother dead baby jokes until she has a stroke and throw your cat at a ceiling fan

A very, very kickass game for the Nintendo Gamecube. Starring ex-S.T.A.R.S. member Leon Kennedy. Some fucktards hate this game because it's different than the other RE games. Don't listen to them. With loads of blood, gore, violence, and language, RE4 should shut up the people who bash the GCN because of it's "kiddy" reputation.

Restaurant groups

Found only on roblox, these steaming piles of dogshit take on the form of a fictional or real "restaurant" that promises a "unforgettable" experience in reality just inducing child labor and making them look like a gmod darkrp moderator.

Games usually consist of "Frappe" or something similar that's atrocious. The servers consist of several trolls, five staff who lack access to mod commands and 2 high ranks who take everything seriously like it's a personal attack.

Shitty rules like not being able to order over 3 things, typing in caps, standing on the counter or even just using a glitch.

resting bitch voice

A female voice that is usually a little deeper than other females and has a somewhat unimpressed, sarcastic, bitchy or somewhat cynical tone to their voice naturally, at almost all times, unless they are putting forth an effort to change their voice to make it sound more high pitched, happy or enthused. The resting bitch voice is typically worst during the early morning hours and/or late at night. These people are not really irritated all the time, it is just how they talk.

If your mom asks you what's wrong every time you talk to her on the phone and/or your significant other constantly thinks you are annoyed with them when you are perfectly fine and/or your co-workers always ask you if your not feeling well when you talk to them before noon; you may have resting bitch voice.

cyclotron resonance

this definition is pretty much ruining the title "urban" dictionary. but every dictionary should have something like cyclotron resonance.
