gym class hero

A person in high school or junior high who thinks he is good at a sport because he beat all the un-athletic people in gym class.

kid 1: (shoots ball and gets it in) "dude I deserve a varsity jacket for smoking all your asses in basketball."
kid 2: "Man, stop being a gym class hero and play the real sport."
All kids in unison: "GYM CLASS HERO! GYM CLASS HERO!"

classmates.com

Something that started out as a good idea - a site where you can find all your old classmates, find out where they are now. Unfortunately, it's now little more than a scam site. They send you an e-mail claiming that old classmates are trying to contact you and you need to pay for a membership to see their messages (yes, you have to pay real money for a membership to actually do anything *coughcough*Club Penguin*coughcough*). Once these bitches have your credit card number, though, you're screwed. No, your old friends from seventh grade were NOT trying to contact you, and you just gave them your paycheck for nothing. They claim they'll cancel your membership but they never do. You'll probably never hear from them again. Supposedly, one time this woman named Sharon joined, and when she tried to delete her account one of the Classmates.com employees changed her first name to "FUCK YOU" and her last name to "SHARON." Thus, her profile name read "FUCK YOU SHARON." This isn't a site you should ever sign up for; if you want to find old classmates, use Facebook.

Unsurprisingly, Classmates.com has been sued twice for fraud. More likely than not, they are going to be completely bankrupt by 2013.

My friend Emily signed up for Classmates.com and found only one high school friend (who hadn't updated their profile in 2 years). She wanted to see their profile so she handed over the $59 they were charging for a gold membership. Once she realized nobody used it anymore, she e-mailed them asking to cancel her gold membership. She never got an e-mail (or her money) back.

Class of 2023

The college graduates who are matriculating at the worst time, probably ever, certainly the worst time in the past 15 years. They had only one good fun normal semester, freshman year, spent the rest in the chaos of COVID masks and lockdowns where it was basically illegal to be a social human, and are going to graduate in the worst recession in the past 15 years, probably will see pay-cuts before they see pay raises, fewer job opportunities, and higher borrowing costs.

"The Class of 2023 got so effed, probably even worse than the class of 2008."

"How was college? What are you going to do when you graduate?"
"Well, dating and social life pretty much sucked bc of COVID, my study abroad got canceled, and now I can't find a job."

Sex ed class

a class informing children on sexual education, such as reproductive organs, pregnancy, contriceptive's, ect. that is absolutly unessicary because the children learning knows more about it than the teacher teaching it.

dude, i already knew everything that teacher taught us in sex ed class, i could probably teach her something about that.

Lower Middle Class

A level of wealth that is common across the North American Continent. Not quite Middle class, but still able to have money for two cars, flat screen, and other luxuries, just not to the extent where everything is top quality.
