An adjectival pronoun, describing somebody with an extra ordinary ability to make people laugh, get into the pants of somebody of the opposite sex, or demonstrate feats of super human capabilitys.

Danny: He just met her, and shes already all over him.

Dillup: Is he doing an elbow lever while cracking a joke?

Redli: *mumbles*

Dennis: They dont call him "Eugene Extrordanaire" for nothin.

A soccer game, when the announcer yells:
"GOOOOOOOOOOOAAAAAAAAAAAALLL"

Or when Clint has to say it.

"I go to Sultan High Schoooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooollllll

Both of these people have EED (Extended Emphasis Disorder)
