a try-hard person who tries to be someone they're not.
Posers are people who try to be accepted in a certain subculture by trying to act like one who is...and plainly just want to be stereotyped.

Poser=An 11 year old tries to be punk and very recently stopped listening to Avril Lavigne after gaining knowledge that she was dubbed as "not punk" from urbandictionary.com

Someone who poses for porn, or somebody who likes to stand still for ages...or something. Usually somebody who looks like a skux islanda...and generally never a person who is angus by nature.

1) That guy is really into that porn syn: poser.

A person who is not as cool as they dress. Probably a person who was once carefree and happy then started to wear dark clothes and wear "skater clothes" in order to fit in. They also DO care what people think about them unlike what people may say.

Girl 1: UG look at that cute emo boy over their i wish i was freinds with him

Girl 2: OK me too! lets go to the mall and get tons of black clothes! then theyll accept us!!!!

Girl 1: YEAH they wont expect that were posers!!!!!! mwahaha
