A procastinator to the max.A person that watches people study but somehow retains the information! sometimes very sure of what he's doing BUT sometimes irrational(?) example " no no no - dont throw it in the garbage -it'll smell... flush the banana peel down the toilet!" or " She said I had no fashion... and then i slapped her"

shabaah- rabaah -dooo!! When he explains stories- the point of the story is at the very end. You'll hear about the place, the time , the clothes he was wearing... but he might forget to tell you the POINT of the Story.

Hybrid term melding "shabby chic" and "chicanery."

shabby chic:
a style using worn and deteriorated items to achieve an elegant overall effect

chicanery:
trickery or deception by quibbling or sophistry

Shabby chicanery:
Constant failed attempts at using second-hand items in one's home decor to achieve a look of false elegance. Result is invariably much more Salvation Army than Apres-La-Guerre.

Another broke down La-Z-Boy? Enough with the shabby chicanery, already.

A small, cute creature resembling a Koala bear. It is cute and cuddly, with a well manicured mane of grayish-brownish hair. It has generally perfect teeth as well as piercingly blue eyes. Many believe that hugging the rare and elusive Shabaloo will provide good luck for 6 years.
