Having a mental breakdown in your mind and over reacting to shit that is stupid. When you are thinking to hard about something and you end up having a breakdown about having a breakdown. When you are trying to download a huge video file and you are uploading a 12 song album and your friend in the other room is uploading and adobe file and the internet crashes.
She had a media meltdown when she lost her 2 drives of digital juice. She had to sit in the edit bay all day while she was line producing and could not get the revisions of the rundown done in time.

Awareness songs target lay people, and aim to increase the awareness of diseases.
