The majority of the people in Deale have a less teeth than old rusty objects in there front yard. An adjective to describe the way traditional business men (usually art world) look when dressed up for a meeting, dinner, conference, etc. This is in juxtaposition to younger guys who do similarly important business in a casual, informal way (in jeans, hoodie, hip, etc.)
