Geek

One that has extensive knowledge in all areas and is able to explain himself quit well about information in the world that is important. Geeks actually have a college degree because you can’t spell geek without EE. While a nerd is one that continues on at the community college trying to work at “Game Stop” because they think its cool that they can live at home and play magic any time they want. Nerds know enough to talk to other nerds on a few small topics.

Most nerds wish to be geeks but are unable to finish college because the spent there money and time on magic cards.

Metal Geek

A Metal Geek, is a metal head that prides themselves on on there loyalty of shitty metal bands, they tend to hate all mainstream metal bands, and will turn on them at the first sight of success. They treat metal as if it was there own country club, It takes a special kind of metal head, to be a metal geek, usually ghostly white and pimply looking, one can recognize them from there distinct overzealous love of Slayer, and there fondness for Swedish death metal bands, they tend to loath the metal bands, Metallica, Trivium, Bullet For My Valentine, As I Lay Dying, and Avenged Sevenfold, basically any metal band that has to much success.

Dave wearing his Children of Bodom TShirt, walks up to Daniel and says. "Hey dude, check out my band Wargayzm, our band makes fun of Trivium, and stuff." Daniel replys "DUDE, you are so fat, and have red frizzy hair, im not buying your crappy CD" Dave is the epitome of a "metal geek".

computer geek

Basically goes up to a fifty year old virgin who spends his nights/days either waiting for a reply from his roleplay buddy or playing Counter-Strike, has been to at least six World Of WarCraft conventions, and thinks he's quite the pimp becuase he has six or seven online girlfriends. Who he refuses to send pictures. Calls his mother at least twice a day, just wondering "What's up."
