a person in total disregard for the law / safety, at certain point. regardless of the outcome or risk.

like if u have a suspended license, your driving drunk, with drugs and/or a gun on u, speeding, blowing red lights / stop signs, and ur on probation. u could say that "your/hes/im/were in vigilante mode"

Special Olympics Mode

Often Facebook users are reported by other users. From time to time the Nazi's who run the show decide that the reported user has crossed the line and send the Facebook account into 'Special Olympics Mode'. That is, it has become disabled.

Emelda- "Hey Ivan, have you heard from

The phrase is often shortened simply to à la. Translated from latin, it basically means "In the style of."

3/4 Stealth Mode

The term used to describe a way of positioning your vehicle's windows so that they are 3/4 of the way rolled up. If the vehicle has rear windows, those windows should line up exactly with the front. This also accentuates the lines of the car and creates a smooth look while rollin through the hood. It is not uncommon to see this on a beater that has a purple flake paint job and twinkies but hasn't bothered to fix his A/C.

Gangsta 1 : Dat ride is hot, yo!
Gangsta 2 : Yeahh, and he's rollin in 3/4 stealth mode!
Gangsta 1 : Hot to death!
Gangsta 2 : I'd do that in my Dodge Neon, but my rear windows have cranks...

depeche mode

The noun "Dépêche" in French means a dispatch. Lots of French language publications have Dépêche in their title, sorta like "The XYZ City Telegram".

Depeche Mode hasn't been the same since Alan Wilder left.
