Lots of tight pants, rolled cuffs, rolled bills, some go for the huge gaged earrings, stupid hair, etc. basically someone who is trying way too hard to look cool.

scruffy small dog. however, they are not SCRAGGLY. they are soft. they hold themselves with dignity and look as though they could be part of a royal family of a very wealthy and high class country. often they have one folded ear and one upright ear. there is no one breed that can be used as an example of an alfalfa dog, but when you see an alfalfa dog you will simply know if you have an iq over 3.
