A man or woman suffering from considerable mental illness, thus inhibiting them to not be able to distinguish their own gender, and therefor claiming to be another. Can be relatively pejorative, however not exclusively so.

Is that a boy or a girl? Oh, it's just a gender freak.

Also known as 'storm gender' or 'thunder gender', lightening gender (under the Weather-Gender spectrum) is a gender that exposes itself during storms or spouts of lightening. The more frequent the lightening or stronger the storm, the stronger this gender feels.

Southern way of spelling geyser.
A Geyser is something that spouts shite on a regular basis, there is one in Yellowstone Park - Old Faithful. In a way, it is sort of like a cockney loudmouth trying to be cool and dandy, regularly spouting shite to try to impress but in reality fails and makes himself look a right pillock.
