Mexican Discharge (noun)
A term used to describe the thick, sticky brown sludge that forms from a mixture of salt, sand, snow, and moisture during winter. This substance accumulates on roads, sidewalks, and vehicles, creating a persistent mess that clings to shoes, clothing, and surfaces.
