A party game like spin the bottle, but with an apple.
The players spin an apple and whoever it lands on has to hold the apple for no more or less than 5 seconds. If they go over or under 5 seconds, everyone slaps them in the face.

"Hey, wanna play spin the apple?"

"Sure, but we should bring a timer this time.
