2. Can be used in half or no portions to describe a male/female who doesn't look bad and you would take home, but wouldn't tell anyone about later.

Similar to the usage of "own" on the internet or in video games. Can mean a variety of things, and may be used as a noun or a verb.
In cases of extreme scoopage, the word "loop" may be added for extra emphasis.
