In gacha comunity, a person who has unspeakable luck. Like in a game with a 300 pull pity, getting 2-3 copies of the featured unit in the first 10 pull. Or pulling a char with a single free ticket.
An act of being a shitter is also called: "shittering"

Adjective describing internet that is complete ass; borderline unusable.

The word "Shiternet" derives from the word "Shit," in this case meaning 'of poor quality,' and "Internet" meaning internet connection from an ISP.

The term "Shiternet" can refer to a multitude of reasons for internet quality to be poor, such as stuttering, lag, high ping, poor upload/download speed and more.
