Person 2: Quarter past.
Person 1: That's clock jargon... Can you tell me what the exact time is please?

Used when someone has undeniably won something. This something is usually limited to a few things, such as arguments.

For example, when you're having an argument and you undeniably have beaten the other person in the debate you would say "I clocked that bitch"
