rush mindset

The mindset that workers get into at their job when a rush is occurring. This causes people to be much more easily agitated and start being rude or snapping at others because they want to get everything done as fast as possible, and get the rush over with. It gets to head when things don't go as fast as they want to, and the arguments and passive aggressiveness begins.

We had a crazy rush last night at work, Tiffany really got into the rush mindset and starting arguing with the chef.

Menu Rushed

Being rushed to order something at a restaurant because you have showed up late to the restaurant. Your friends are ordering their food and the waitress/waiter is waiting for your order. You either get to only glance over the menu or you never get the chance at all. You are menu rushed.

I was menu rushed at the diner the other night because i showed up late.

I ordered a sandwich that i didn't even want the other night because i was menu rushed.
