Usually initiated on Thursday, or even Wednesday of any given week, you prepare your excuse to call off work for Friday, thus "Aloha, Friday!"

On your way out of work Thursday night, you might sing "Aloha Friday, no work til Monday".

Friday

The virality of "Friday," a wannabe weekend-party anthem for the new generation, had nothing to with the song being any good, Rebecca Black being particularly attractive or gifted, or even with the fact that it was, well, the weekend. It's simply because it was so unbelievably BAD. ("A whole new level of bad," according to none other than Time magazine.)

Guy:Have you Heard that song 'Friday' by Rebecca Black?
Girl: No, but doesnt it have like over 14,000,000 views on youtube?
Guy: Yeah, but i heard that the black guy in the video gave that Rebecca girl anal.
