A person that freaks out or has an obsession of a their vape. People who scream and could even possibly hurt people for taking their vape. Addicts

When Amelia lost her vape at the party, she screamed and questioned everybody like a cop and started to scream, "where's my vape!". So she would be defined as a "Vape freak".
