Being ignored on a social media platform. Usually by a friend who follows you closely, but envies your sweet photo/updates of your vacation in the Grand Canyon and therefore, refuses to give you the satisfaction of a "like", "favorite" or "retweet."

"How was your vacation?"
"It was great! I went hiking in the Grand Canyon!"
"Oh I saw your Instagram, way cool."
"You saw it? But you didn't like it..?"

To tell a lie or tall story. Originates from Rush Green in Romford, Essex. Shifty is a well known exaggerator from that area, and the term "Shifty's mouth" or " to Shifty" has also been heard as far as Ramsgate in Kent, England.

He told me he was at the pictures last night, "Shifty's mouth", he was with me all last night.

A person or object that could be considered very unreliable, unpredictable, tricky, deceitful, and/or questionable. Can quickly go from good to bad/ cooperative to fuckey. Basically a fun way to call a person or object an all around bastard.

1.) My car randomly breaks down on me, it's such a Shifty McFickle.

2.) Timmy doesn't give a damn about anyone but himself, he is just a Shifty McFickle.
