When two people engage in the sought after 69, while running or jogging in a public place. Same sex participation is encouraged because it's funnier and in some cases a lot more erotic.

Me and Joel did a running rebel while jogging through Nordstroms. It was really awesome, just like the traveling salesman he gave me minutes earlier.
