"Licking the beaters" means to lick and/or suck the testicles generously. The testicles can be sucked in a dry state or fluid such as semen and/or brownie batter may be involved. The term comes from the act of licking egg beaters after mixing up a batch of something tasty, like brownie batter and/or semen.

grocery beater

n. a vehichle (usually a station wagon) that emits blue/black smoke out of the tail pipe and contains at least .5 pounds (8oz.) of rust on the exterior of the vehicle.It must also having missing or non-matching hubcaps. A substitute for the previous desciption would be a broken window cover by plastic. It could be used for activities such as picking up groceries or the mail.

My friend bought a grocery beater and he fills up his oil and checks his gas.
