a person who is not considered socially attractive, hot or fine, but have certain traits (e.g. the way they dress, facial features) that make them "cute" and thus, "hot" in a next-door neighbor sort of way.

He's got cute tendencies, but I'm not sure what I think of him otherwise.

Dramacidal Tendencies

Someone ,usually female, at times male, who is constantly involved in conflict or confusion and draws it out of proportion in order to get attention.

After going out with Stacy a few times I realized it might not work because of her dramacidal tendencies that she displayed after the waiter brought her the wrong drink.
