Shunk

The term 'Shunk' has become synonymous with what one of a hygiene conscious persuasion would earnestly regard as a smelly, scruffy bastard. Its use originated from a family of smelly, scruffy bastards (with surname of 'Shunk') who used to live in the Sanfields area of Port Talbot. The more fortunate residents of Port Talbot who live in the neighbouring wards of Baglan, Margam, Taibach and Cwmavon regard all people living in Sandfields as shunks as they are all smelly, scruffy bastards. Sean Phelan is one such shunk, you probably remember him from being the only shunk in the band Aubrey Straw. You wouldn't want to be a shunk, oh no!

When playing madden one of the teams are beating the opposing team by 21 points or more the game is called do to the 21 skunk rule. So no more time is wasted and the opposite player can still have a bit of dignity in the end.

A word that originated in the Bay Area (the 925). A word very similar to hyphy or crunk. describes something crazy, or dope. Can also mean to get pumped up for something or after acomplishing something and describing how you feel.

When being drunk as a skunk is taken to the next level & can no longer describe your state of drunken shenanigans! Typically occurs during epic nights at Jake's Bar in the Dub-C. Gettin' wasted while slammin' down $1 beers and continuously & sporadically shouting out "skunk-asssssss drunk!!" to your homies. Dwayne just stands behind the bar shaking his head, adjusts his wristbands, smooths out his fu manchu, pours another beer, flips you off, tells you to go fuck yourself, grins like a son-of-a-beoootch!
