Monsters that live alongside humans and animals in the fictional world within the Pokémon franchise. Humans can capture these "pocket monsters" in high-tech devices that convert their matter into energy and store it. They are based on Japanese yokai, monsters that live disguised among humans, which is why many Pokémon look like inanimate objects. Satoshi Taijiri, first created the concept which was inspired by his childhood hobby of bug-catching.

Short for "Pocket Monsters," Pokemon originated in Japan in 1995. Pokemon are essentially little monsters that "trainers" collect and battle with. The games and trading cards came to America around 1998, and have been a big hit with children everywhere. Originally, there were around 150 Pokemon to collect in the 3 gameboy games or trading cards. There was also a TV show about a young trainer named Ash and his 2 friends trying to collect all of the Pokemon. Pokemon really went downhill around 2003, but true fans of the series will still find a way to enjoy it.

It has a white color finnish (I would have picked a diffrent color considering how white shows dirt really well) and has a record setting top speed of about 12 mph! If I were the pope, I'd rather have a faster set of wheels, but it's pretty unsafe already considering how the pope rides standing up without a seatbelt. Seriously! What's wrong with these people; do they want the pope to die in a car accident or something?! I mean, the thing doesn't even have airbags! Over all, it's just a big truck from the eighties or something with a glass refrigerator in the back, (that must make the pope aweful hot in there on sunny days...) and a gas pedal with a brick behind it. It's my opinion that that Xzibit guy should pimp the pope's ride, that would be sweet!

It ended on a grim tone as the player was shown as an old man in an empty world after killing everyone in it. As you go back to your own house you encounter Ghost again. After showcasing every Pokemon and trainer you killed through the game while playing the Lavender Town theme slower and slower, Ghost attacks you and the game ends on a blank screen. When the game is restarted the save file is gone.
It was first seen on tinycartridge.com as an article describing the game. Although creepy, it is said to be a hoax since no one has produced a cartridge or screen caps yet.

Michael first meets Professor Krane, his mother's boss. He introduces the concept of Shadow Pokémon, which are Pokémon whose hearts have been artificially closed. So in the game you have to purify all the pokemon.
