Murphy Lift

A lifting routine coined by Henry Muprhy which involves taking two free weights, one in each hand, getting in a ready position and then proceeding to thrust your hips forward while you rotate your arms out from the elbows. Very difficult to master the proper form.

You can tell that guy is never in the weight room, look at that awful Murphy Lift form!

I have seen it quoted in this manner: "If there are two or more ways to do something and one of those results in a catastrophe, then someone will do it that way." It is more a psychological law than a superstition then.

Murphy's Traffic Law

The simple fact of reality which states that whenever one is in a hurry, one or more of the following effects are experienced when driving a car:

-Chance of encountering consecutive red lights is increased.

-When in an intersection, chance of having a left turn larry in your line is increased.

-Chance of getting stuck behind an extremely conservative driver or a naturally slower vehicle is greatly increased.

Basically, the Murphy's Law of driving. If you need to get their fast, you're going to get their less quickly.

Boss - You're late.

Flunky - Sorry. 6 red lights in a row, got stuck behind an 18-wheeler, and it seemed like everyone just wanted to turn left today.

Crony - Murphy's Traffic Law. Respect.

Murphy Middle School

Overall a decent middle school with shitty bathrooms, hoes, untrustworthy people, teachers that single out certain kids for no reason, and some of the dumbest rules you can think of. Even the staff can be snakes. This school has its perks but it can also be a living hell. Bringing things from out of school to school punishment. Kids from the school constantly getting probation and put in juvenile detention. Although it's not the best, it could be way worse. Other than what I've mentioned there are some good people that I've met in this school (teachers and students). Let's just say it's not a terrible school.
