The person the bottle points toward after the bottle stops spinning must perform a shotgun, or go mouth to mouth to inhale the smoke, with the current smoker/spinner. Then pass it to the next person.
A group of people are smoking and playing spin the hookah. Jimmy lands the bottle on Amy. He shotguns the smoke with her and the game continues.
