A term for a type of woman (typically British) who is overweight, smokes heavily and wears hoop earrings.

Faguelas typically find employment as dinner ladies, bus drivers and nightclub bouncers.

Faguelas tend to reside in more deprived urban areas, where access to cigarettes and fast food is unrestricted.
