Dowling

Dowling is a quirky individual who is truly himself when he’s surrounded by those he loves.
He’s kind of a flirt and is very protective of his friends. He has brown hair and is generally pretty tall. When he does something he is determined but he also finds a way to have a good time. He thrives in front of an audience, and you can always count on a Dowling to have a good time.
