Cayen

A rude term used to describe the lowest and worst of the pedophiles and sex offenders. Although primarily used to describe perverted behavior, it can also refer to anything that makes one a terrible person.

Person 1- "Tbh 12- year- old girls are kinda sexy..."
Person 2- "Stop being such a cayen!"
