Example: Push-mowing the yard on a 95 degree day. Secondly, when the individual, despite his best efforts, cannot maintain a satisfactory level of cleanliness in the "nether region". This phenomena is from an incremental excretion of residual stool, or a particularly moist bout of flatus.
