A person who is completely ignorant about all things with the exception of very cheap alcohol due to a severe addiction to the aforementioned. In order to be deemed a Coroc the person being referenced to must care more about alcohol than, money, having a job, losing custody of their child(ren), their relationship with their wife, the ability to think logically.
