AP Calculus

I don't know what everybody keeps griping about. This was EASY! Especially the AP Calculus BC exam. If you want to rack your brain good and hard, go try some 'real' math first, e.g. abstract algebra or functional analysis.

AP Calculus AB student: "Oh my gawd this is SO HARD!!"

Senior Math major: "Bitch, please. I'll take related rates and integration by parts over rings and external direct products any day."

AP Calculus BC

An advanced placement (AP) Calculus course taken in high school. This course features two semesters of college level Calculus, while the previous level available in highschool (Calculus AB) features 1 semester of Calculus 1. Calculus AB is considered a simpler, less in-depth version of Calculus BC.

"Are you taking AP calculus AB next year?"

"No I decided to take AP calculus BC because I want a challenge."

What Republicans call political cost/benefit analysis. If a politician avoids political calculus on a policy or prospective bill or movement,

it means that it is unpopular. If a politician embraces political calculus, it means that it is popular.

Marco Rubio said he avoided political calculus on immigration reform because he knew his party was against it but thought the country
was for it. Double think!
