a way to walk with attitude and with a staggered gait. the way an employer of prostitutes walks around collecting money from his employees, while grabbing at his genitalia and shifting it to one side or the other of his lowered jeans. this happens most when the belt, worn low around the gluteus maximus, interferes with the employer's junk.
