Tolentino refers to a gathering of the Gods. Kind of like how the Greek Gods and Goddesses would gather at Mount Olympus, a tolentino is the gathering of a powerhouse family into one room, or can also directly refer to a powerhouse family.

"Holy shit did you see that?"
"See what?"
"The Monroes are having a tolentino."
"Duh, only tolentino families can have a tolentino."
