An old swiss cartoon made On May 28, 1986, the cartoon was made by otmar gutmann. It's about a penguin who lives with his mom and dad and his baby sister. They speak penguinese so most kids won't understand this language. The characters were voiced by Carlo Bonomi.

Guy 1 - Hey Dude
