Noot noot

A phrase often spoken by the stop-motion character Pingu, usually as means of communication.

This phrase was later made into a meme in early 2022, when it was used in a 2-D animation made by YouTuber Telepurte (or @telepeturtle on Twitter). The animation consisted of Pingu saying “noot noot!” before a camera zoom-in showing Pingu with an eerie expression.

This meme was further developed when another animator, Pitchi Animation, created a 3-D version of this on YouTube. The video gained a whopping 4.7 million views in two months.

- Person 1: Hey, remember that show we watched as kids with a penguin called Pingu in it? Well, apparently someone made Pingu into a meme.
- Person 2: Oh yeah, the noot noot meme? I saw it on Reddit two days ago.

The formal version of testicles, used only in the most sophisticated settings, such as black tie events and fancy dinner parties. It must be pronounced in a very high pitched voice, if it is not done in this way it will not be taken seriously.

Example: I accidentally dipped my noots into his wine glass when he wasn't looking.
