ned = non edcated delinquent, to be honest this statment probaly compliments the majority if neds' intelligences. Basically a large group of cowards that think they're 'hard' because they drink. They are cowards because:-
1 they won't fight unless out-numberring their 'victim' by atleast 3:1
2 they hav to at least 2years older than the person they are fighting
3 always carry a knife

neds are also unable to dre themselves. They all hav very strong speech impedements basically all the say is fuck and mumble.
