Mule Bunker

Is a term used to describe the act of digging a hole for a Mules feet, aka bunker, so a twisted individual or individuals could set the Mules feet in the bunker, which also has cement to make an escape for the Mule impossible. Once the cement is set, the cock congoline begins on the poor unsuspecting mule.
