Someone who is quite stupid yet funny. Ep is a term of like bruh and tard is retarted. That makes someone Eptarted. It normally works if there last or first name starts like ep or eb or something like that. They are normally cocky and rich but act poor. It is a term of endearment. You can also use it in place as a name.

EVtard

A retard that is obsessed with electric vehicles. EVtards firmly believe that their electric vehicles are the future, blinded by their cognitive dissonance, because they bought an overpriced EV that broke down.

This EVtard's Cybertruck broke down and Tesla told him to not move it(even though it can move) or else it will spoil the warranty. So now he wont go on a 3 day trip and he just realized he has to wait for Tesla to come and move the vehicle.
