Slang for tech support. Comes from the fact that you usually are put on hold and it plays a musical tune while you wait.

slang for female masturbation. older rotary phones had "0" on the bottom. to dial the operator repeatedly, one would run their index finger up and down in a slight arc.

My friend often asks me a question when dialing to which my answer is cut off when the call is answered as I only got her "dialing time".
