Dalton is a small town in Northeastern Pennsylvania about 10 miles north of Scranton and three minutes from Clarks Summit, it is yet another stereotypical Abington town with middle-upper class families. The downtown is full of small shops such as a grocery store, firehall, pharmacy, a law office, library, etc. The people there are generally
friendly but mostly fake. It'
s neighborhoods comprise of old huge
rich 19th century victorian houses to present day McMansions. The town also covers a mix of rural
hick, suburban snob, and small town homeliness. The
police force, like Clarks Summit and South Abington, spend most of their time ticketing innocent drivers.
