Laying a cable was a regular past-time of John's grandmother, however, it was when she did it in his mouth whist he was sleeping that really disturbed him and left him with a nasty after-taste.

The act of giving two handjobs to two separate men at the same time. This term was "dubbed" as jumper cables because "positive" and "negative" penises being black and white, though not necessarily referring to this. Used sometimes to describe brothers on the DL. Real dedication and skill have to be used to create the appropriate amount of pleasure in both parties. Both members being pleasured must ejaculate at the same time, just like jump starting a car.
I gave jumper cables to my dad and brother at the same time, and it really jump started my heart (mouth).

The guy that works on (either by career "choice" or involuntarily volunteeered) or pulls cable runs for networking or telco purposes. Often times they are dressed similarly to your typical auto mechanic and tend to have their heads poking up in the ceiling veiling a vacant expression. They often have similar IQ levels and low brow personalities as your typical auto mechanic.
1) Pulling cable doesn't take much intelligence... a monkey could do it.
2) We need some cable monkeys to add some more cable drops. Joe, you get to breathe some asbestos!
