Other examples include pissing in public, being promiscuous, passing out, throwing up, so on. See also inebriated, smashed, hammered, shitfaced, etc.

A belligeriot refers to an individual who aggressively and belligerently expresses themselves in social interactions as a complete fucking retard. Often easily expressed through questionable actions (i.e. Drinking at hours), questionable attire (i.e. wife beaters in winter), and misusing words in a feeble attempt to sound intellectual (i.e. can you "populate" this spreadsheet?).

He was a belligeriot. He came in half in the bag, screaming that he didn't even know how to turn on a computer!
